Terms & Conditions
Booking and cancellation
- Stall applications are not confirmed until payment has been made.
- Peacock Events have the right to refuse stall applications
- Stall spaces & Pitches are allocated prior to the event. Please do not rearrange spaces as this can impact other vendors
- Bookings will be confirmed through an email payment receipt
- Public Liability Insurance (PLI) verified vendors are preferred however if you are not insured you will be required to sign a disclaimer stating that Peacock Events will not be held responsible for any claims made against yourself or your business. You will be asked to sign a form on the day to confirm this.
- Peacock Events will ensure that the venue & events are appropriately insured.
- All stall holders providing food items must have the appropriate food hygiene certifications
- All stall holder selling handmade skin & cosmetic products must have Cosmetic Product Safety Reports (CPSR) in place & be registered on the cosmetic portal.
- Duplication will be avoided where possible, you will not be able to sell items that are not on you booking form to make this as fair as possible to all stall holders. Peacock Events reserve the right to refuse any items not agreed on booking.
Indoor stall
- Stall holders will have an hour prior to opening time to set up. A plan will be available on the day and the room will be set up prior to arrival. Stalls must be set up and finished 10 minutes before opening to enable Peacock Events to share the event live on social media.
- Stall holders must not pack up before the official end time of the event as this is disruptive to the event & other stallholders. In case of exceptional circumstances that require you to leave early please speak to one of the organisers.
- If your display requires a hanging rail or other additional racks that are wider than 1 metre you will be required to book and pay for a 2nd space unless agreed prior to booking by the organisers.
- Extension leads – if you require an extension lead to use in the venue and do not have one that has been PAT tested & in date, please ask one of the organisers and they will provide one for you.
- Stall holders must remove their own rubbish from the venue.
Outdoor space
- Stall holders must bring own gazebo and weights & ensure that it is safely secured. Outdoor stall holders must provide their own table & chairs. Stall holders are responsible for ensuring the safe positioning of gazebo guide ropes.
- Outdoor stall holders will be able to set up an hour and half before the event start time.
- Food vendors must provide a suitable bin adjacent to their stall set up for customer use. All rubbish must be suitable disposed of.
- Peacock Events cannot provide access to electricity for outside stalls however you are welcome to bring a generator if it is required. If you are bringing a generator, please let us know at time of booking.
Cancellations
- Bookings cancelled more than 30 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund.
- No refund will be offered if you cancel within less than 30 days of the event.
- Please ensure you let us know if you are not attending on the day. If you do not attend with no communication with the organisers your booking may not be accepted in the future.
